No experience is needed for either pass. Our certified guides walk you through everything during the safety briefing before your first run.

8 years and older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We operate rain or shine — the rainforest is most beautiful in the rain! Light rain actually makes for a faster, more thrilling ride. Tours are only cancelled in the event of lightning or severe weather, in which case you’ll receive a full reschedule or refund.

Comfortable athletic clothing you don’t mind getting dirty. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory — sandals and flip-flops will not be permitted. We recommend long pants to avoid rope contact on the lines.

The Explorer Pass does not include photos but they are available to purchase at the end of your tour. The Ultimate Pass includes a dedicated photographer and full digital package.

All equipment is certified and inspected before every tour. Our guides are trained to international safety standards and each line uses dual-redundancy braking systems.
