Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum age to ride is 9 years old and 48” inches in height.
- Drivers must be 21+ with valid ID
- Parent’s signature required for drivers under 21
- All persons riding on jet skis must have the physical strength to pull themselves up onto it, if they fall off.
- The person responsible for the purchase of the booking must be physically present.

- We do not accept Ammex, Cash app, or other forms of digital payment unless you posses a physical card for this payment method.

- CHECK-IN INFORMATION
- Please arrive promptly 45 minutes before your activity’s start time to check in. Detailed directions are included in your confirmation.
- Card holder must bring the physical card used for payment, regardless of whether or not the payment was digital (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc).
- All participants must present their physical, valid identifications
- WHO CAN NOT PARTICIPATE
- Those with heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure.
- Those with back, neck, knee surgeries or other physical conditions.
- Expectant mothers.
- Those with motion sickness or dizziness.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Jet skis are not wheelchair accessible.

- PAYMENT POLICY
- For your security, at check-in you are required to present a physical credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching a physical valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your identification.
- No digital/virtual payments (Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.) will be accepted without a physical card being present
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
- No cancellations will be allowed due to not bringing your physical identification and form of payment
